Season's

Brie Edited 6 years ago

My boyfriend bought me an expensive arrangement for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. It was beautiful but died a few days after delivery (which was a fiasco in itself). Turns out the flowers were sent without water in a non-transparent vase. I explained the situation to Scott and was told I’d receive a replacement arrangement. It’s been 7 days since he said he’d make it right and I have yet to receive a replacement or refund. Season’s has been my go to flower/plant shop for over a year so this experience has been very disappointing. I will no longer be doing business with them

Absolutely the rudest customer service experience. I called to order flowers for my mother and asked if they could be delivered either Friday or Saturday. The woman on the phone laughed at me, said they're booked and completely hung up on me. Unreal...Nice Customer Service, Seasons! I ended up using another florist who were much more professional and accommodating.

I received these from my son. I was not home for the delivery so I went to pick them up. The selection of the flowers they gave was perfect for the type of flowers I like and prefer. I only wish they had those little packets that make the blooms last longer.

I love everything about Seasons! They have a great eye for fresh, modern, timeless floral design and home decor. The perfect place to find fun gifts for your stylish friends. Their designers are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. And who doesn't love $1/stem Saturday fresh cut flowers? If you find yourself in downtown Minot, you simply must treat yourself to a few moments at Seasons.

Seasons is beautiful shop stop and look for your flowers and many other gifts. Scott is a very talented designer and I am always happy with what he ends up putting together for me. He did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. I would highly recommend stopping by and ordering your flowers here. If your calling in know for sure that the recipient will be very happy with what you send.
